I have some VM’s running Windows 11 that don’t have a virtual TPM chip associated. So upgrading to 25H2 was proving difficult because Windows Update wouldn’t pull it down. Did some digging and found the option to run setup from and elevated command prompt using: setup.exe /product server
That option worked great and allowed me to keep all files and settings intact.
